Telescope Viewing:  Provided by amateur astronomers of the Rittenhouse Astronomical Society. If you are a member, or have telescope gear and you live in Philadelphia,  bring your telescope and join in as we need volunteers!

Binocular Blast: Bring your binoculars!    Follow the laser beam with your binoculars to see star clusters!  Constellation and bright star sky tours.

Check back here by Saturday 12:00 noon and we will make a call as to the weather forecast.

If Clouded out?

Ted Williams from the Rittenhouse Astronomical Society will be on hand at 7:00 PM for current members and those interested in membership from the Philadelphia area. An informal meet and greet to find out how to get involved and what that entails. We are attempting to draw some Philadelphia area Amateur Astronomers to support an ongoing outreach at Columbus Square Recreation Center. Interested? 7:00 PM
